There was nowhere to go but everywhere
Welcome! I'm the "vagabond"
traveler and creator of this space.
I have been slowly traveling since 2014 without any particular destination or deadline. The conventional lifestyle has never been my thing and traveling is the only way I feel I am living my best life. I enjoy the freedom of not always knowing what comes next.
Through The Vagabond Gazette, I aim to create a community of like-minded travelers to share their stories, ideas, and travel advice—a space where all free-spirited individuals can connect, even for a fleeting moment.
...so I just kept on rolling under the stars.
All of us who live unbound,
together we form a widespread community of nomads roaming around in our own directions. This website was created as a space where our paths can cross and stories can be shared.
Here, travel doesn’t have to be about bucket lists, expensive gear, or chasing the next trend. It can be slower, more thoughtful, and deeply personal. The Vagabond Gazette is a space for stories, ideas, and tips that celebrate that kind of travel—the kind that just needs curiosity and an open mind.

What you won’t find are random banner ads, sponsored content disguised as advice, or overhyped "must-see" lists. This isn't a place for material consumption—in fact, I encourage you to please consume less! The occasional affiliate link you might see is only for things I genuinely believe in such as sustainable products, eco-conscious services, and aligned with the site's values.

This site is more than a publication—it’s a platform for creators. Writers, photographers, vagabonds, and travelers alike are welcome to share their work here, linking directly to their own portfolios or tip jars.

Right now, this entire project is funded by me, a traveler sharing what I can with others who feel the same pull to wander. But as this space grows, I hope it will also be supported by readers like you so that together we can create an all-in-one stop for everything travel related and support each other along the way.

So if you like what you find here, you can keep it going (ad-free!) by buying us a coffee on Ko-fi.

Happy travels!
